When downtown parking is at a premium, what’s up with this place? It’s always empty and the gate is always locked. Apparently it’s not meant for parking. It’s a mystery!
It looks like someone has actually started using the lot. There’s cars parking in it now. There's even a staircase going down into it, new as of 2020.
You do not need to enter the lot or trespass to find the cache.
