This cache is placed for the SCAR2014 event and should be published the evening of Thursday June 19th, 24ish hours before the official kick off of the SCAR event. The idea here is to give everyone time to look at the cache listings and devise their battle plans for when the hunt begins at 5:30.Anyone finding this cache before hand will be razzed 
We had been up this way earlier finding a few caches and doing some hides for SCAR2014 and the Upcoming MEGA Event and this was one of the Kool locations --Heading back to ToonTown after a few finds and spotted this location crying for a cache to be hidden beside the fence post so HAD to hide one here. Easy Peazy Find
