Up until recently a piece of playground equipment in the shape of an egg sat here, you could spin yourself silly in it, hence the park affectionately became known as the ‘Egg Park’ You ask a local where the ‘Egg Park’ is and you would get directions, whereas if you asked for ‘Water Tower Park’ and more likely than not you would get a blank look.
The water tower is now used as a telecommunications platform and can be seen from all parts of Kerang. Up until recently it was well lit enabling it to be a beacon for quite some distance at night.

This cache is an eclipse tin, not room for much of course, but we were able to include a small log and a pencil. Maybe a very small TB or two could fit.
