Sillamäe on linn Ida-Viru maakonnas. See asub Soome lahe lõunarannikul Narva lahe kaldal Sõtke jõe suudmes. Sillamäe kaugus maakonnakeskusest Jõhvist on 24 kilomeetrit. Lähim raudteejaam on 3 kilomeetrit lõunas asuv Vaivara raudteejaam. Narva jääb 25 kilomeetri kaugusele itta.
Sillamäe sai linnaõigused 1957. aastal.
Aare asub sillal üle Sõtke jõe ning sellelt avaneb ilus vaade jõele ja linna lääneosale.

It is located on the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland by the Gulf of Narva at the mouth of Sõtke River, 24 km from the county seat Jõhvi. The closest railway station is Vaivara station, 3km to the south from Sillamäe. Narva is 25km to the east.
Sillamäe received city rights in 1957.
