A series walk of about 9 miles, including the bonus, taking in Piccadilly Wood and the surrounding area.
Walk towards the motorway. Turn right at the hedge and continue to and cross over the foot bridge then continue to this cache. This walk takes you up above the new motorway services with views over Gloucester and towards the Forest of Dean. Much of the footpaths are well signed but there are parts where we felt we needed to add caches to make the route more obvious. Please be aware many of the footpaths shown on the OS map are out of date or not obvious and can end in dead ends. We are confident that this will be a good local walk and through use will make the paths more obvious where they aren't already. We welcome constructive comments on difficulties or where it may be improved. Joe & June
