HHLT: Foundry Dock Park Traditional Cache

Geocache in place through mid-November 2015: It should be pretty quick for an observant geocacher--a micro cache in a micro park.  Fantastic view of the river.  This park is owned and managed by Scenic Hudson.  Individuals seeking geocaches do so at their own risk and must follow the park rules listed on the park's kiosk (www.scenichudson.org).
