The cache is not at the listed coordinates. I got the idea for this cache from a recent trip to Cardiff Bay, and a cache I found there.
To log this find you will have to hunt for the cache twice... first on your computer, then at the cache site. If you're looking at this for the first time in an app or on a GPS, you should view it on your computer, or in the browser on your phone.
