Geocache Description:

NOTICE: MUGGLES ARE EVERYWHERE!!!! Broad Street is a one way street!! Difficulty rating increased due to possible Muggle presence. This cache has been muggled once already & may take more than one visit to obtain cache. Parking is available along the LEFT side of street. Cache was placed with property owners permission. Property owners (1237) are the only ones aware of the cache. !

The property owner has put a lot of effort into sprucing up their yard, so please enjoy the flowers, landscape, and decorations.

I love peanut butter, so it only made sense to use an empty container for our cache, rather than tossing it in a landfill. Container has pleny of room for small tradeables. Cache owner travels north frequently, so if a TB has a northern destination, you can always drop here.

FTF has first choice of a variety swag!!!
