The last time I attended a geocaching event, I noticed a rather disheveled man sitting all by himself. From his bloodshot eyes, constant twitches, pale complextion and haunted stare, I could tell immediately that he's one of those puzzle addicts. Looks like a terminal case of puzzleitis if I'd ever seen one. As I was walking past, he suddenly reached out and grabbed my arm. Before I could reach for my can of pepper spray, he thrust a piece of crumpled paper in front of my face, and croaked "There is no escape! No escape!".
His breath contained enough caffeine to sober up a drunk from ten paces. Trying not to breathe too deeply, I pulled my arm out of his grasp, took a couple of steps back, and glanced at the paper. It was filled by what appears to be gibberish. "What's this?" I asked with some trepidation.
Pointing at the paper, he repeated, "No escape!", waving his arms around vaguely.
Not wanting to get involved in this, I tried to get away. "I'm sorry, I see someone over there, I'll talk to you later."
"No! No!" he started yelling. "Come back! No escape!".
We were starting to attract the attention of people nearby. A couple of them started taking out their phones, probably to capture the whole thing on video. Noticing this, he gave me an angry glare, and quickly left the restaurant. I put the piece of paper into my pocket and tried to pretend nothing happened.
When I got back home, I examined the scrap of paper. This is what I saw.

I'm not sure if there's anything important in this. I fed the whole thing into my computer and ran it through a series of programs, but could not make anything out of it. Anyone recognize this gibberish?
