Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.  Solve the acrostic for a keyword to obtain the final coordinates.

When asked where I grew up, I say upstate New York, mainly as a way of informing those asked that I was not from New York City. However, my hometown was spitting distance from the Pennsylvania border, and definitely not upstate. Though I've spent more than half my life in Austin, New York is where I'm from and I will always identify with the state (a nice place to visit now, but I wouldn't want to live there).

I thought it was about time for another state trivia puzzle, so I put together one with facts from New York State. I chose to do an acrostic for variety from the multiple choice. Most answers should be readily available on the Internet with appropriate searches. Hopefully you will find the puzzle informative and fun.

Good luck!
