Build a cairn for me! I'd love to see a picture. Log only cache, bring a pen.
Every time I hike this trail, I pick up a rock and add it to the ever growing Cairn wall. Though this latest hike, it appears that the majority of the wall was knocked down. Looks like people have started to rebuild the wall, and even a cairn garden has started to emerge. The cache is NOT in the cairn wall, please don't remove rocks looking for it. The coordinates were bouncing around between the rock walls, so they may be off by a few feet. Cache is nestled in the roots of a nearby Juniper. PLEASE place the container back under the root to hold it in place so that it won't be washed away when it rains. We all know that slick rock becomes a water slide for anything loose.
