I walked onto the Fairfax CCT trails late to check on another cache, it started to get dark so I continued towards the sounds of cars. This is where I came out. Took me a few minutes to realize where I was and to start my long hike back home. I love this trail and use it often but have not come out at this point before. I thought it fitting to place a hidden prize here.
It is possible to park and cache, but it is far more enjoyable to hike your way here from another point. It isn't about the find, it is about the journey.
