This cache is located by the Dawson Creek Visitor Centre, Train Station Museum and Natural History museum. The building was constructed in 1931 as the last stop on the Northern Alberta Railway, and is where 10,000 American Soldiers arrived overnight in 1942. Currently it houses the Visitor Information Centre, the Railway Museum, which includes the original station master's house, and the Natural History Museum/History of Dawson Creek Museum. Everything in both museums was donated by (and is run by) locals from all around the Peace River Region and the South Peace Historical Society.
