This cache has multiple purposes: (1) There is information on how the treatment plant provides fertilizer for gardens. (2) This is Sumners Recycle area. (3) There are parking slots that enable you to take a walk to retrieve other caches.
Simply replace the cache where you found it after you sign it, this may be borderline for a wheelchair, but lets keep it there for kids to find also.
