The posted coordinates will take you to a nice place to sit and watch some muggles. While you are there, take note of your surroundings. You will need the following information. In front of you, there should be a fountain.
A = Count the number of rings around the fountain (not the number of levels)
B = number of nozzles in the fountain
C = the number of benches that are in the visible, but not under cover (including the one at the cordinates)
D = the number of Magnola trees in the stand behind you
E = the number of trash bins
G = A - 3
H = C * 2
I = E - 3
