WELCOME TO THE LONGDENDALE TRAIL.A THIRTEEN MILE WALK THERE AND BACK

THE LONGDENDALE TRAIL IS A OLD RAILWAY LINE THAT RUNS FROM HADFIELD TO WOODHEAD TUNNEL

THE LINE WAS CLOSED IN 1981.

AS IN ALL CONVERTED RAIL LINES THE GOING IS MOSTLY FLAT

PLEASE DON'T POST SPOILER PICTURES OF THIS ONE LEAVE THE SUPRISE FOR OTHER PEAPLE

ALL CACHES WE HOPE ARE DIFFERENT

MOST ARE STRAIGHT FORWARD HIDES WITH A FEW DIFFERENT ONES THROWN IN

HINT SHOULD TAKE YOU STRAIGHT TO CACHE.ALL TERRAIN AND DIFFICULTY ARE 1.5 UNLES YOU HAVE TO SCRAMBLE UP A BANK OR FIGHT WITH A BUSH THEN THE TERRAIN WILL BE 2.O. IF CACHE SIZE IS NOT STATED DIFFICULTY WILL BE 2.0. PLEASE LEAVE ALL CACHES WELL COVERED. AND PLEASE BE CAREFULL WITH THE HOME MADE ONES SOME OF THEM ARE FRAGILE.

WE HAVE TRIED TO GIVE YOU SOME COVER FOR YOUR FINDS OR A GOOD VIEW IN EACH DIRECTION TO WATCH FOR MUGGLES
