Detta område mellan Gamlestadsvägen och spårvägen mot Hjällbo böjade byggas omk. 2008-2009. Det är den södra delen av industriområdet. Eftersom norra delen fick en cache måste ju södra delen också ha en! ENG: This area between Gamlestadsvägen and the railway to Hjällbo was establiest 2008-2009. This is the south part of the industrial centre. Since the north part got a cache the south part must have one too!
