I have been in touch with Ryde City Council and they advised Buffalo Creek is, yet again, in need of some TLC... and the amazing Geocaching community is here to help!
~Meeting Point: opposite 3 Robinson Street, Ryde.
~Date: Sunday, 6th March 2016.
~Time: 11:00am to 12:00am (1100hrs to 1200hrs).
~Bring: strong gardening type gloves, sunscreen, water and enclosed shoes. It is also recommended you wear a long sleeve shirt, pants and a hat.
We will be meeting at the posted co-ordinates, where we will split into groups to tackle the stretch of creek. The CITO Event should last for about an hour and we will take a group photo at the end. You are welcome to continue cleaning up the site after the official event ends.
Arrangements have been made with Ryde City Council to pick up and dispose the trash we collect on the day.
