Lands Fortress Traditional Cache

This cache is hidden along the Anglesey Coastal Path heading from Bull Bay towards Cemaes.
Parking is available in Bull Bay. The path is well defined but not prepared and isn't great for the less able, bikes or push chairs. Although the path is quite safe, take care with kids and dogs as there are a few cliff drop offs to be aware of. Stick to the path and you are fine. If there's been a lot of rain it can be muddy. Most of the path is fine for dogs to run off the lead but just ensure that there is no livestock present. The first two fields after leaving Bull Bay are used for sheep and sometimes cattle. It is a just a few metres before "The Benches" a good spot to rest on the walk and also a good site to watch porpoise feed off the point. If you carry on from this spot you will, after about 30 mins, get to a lovely view over the abandoned brick works at Port Wen. The cache is the first that we have hidden and is in memory of lovely dog Molly who loved the walked from our house in Bull Bay to the benches. You are looking for a sandwich box sized click lock sealed plastic container. Log book, pen and some kids swaps inside.
