Dos veces al año, Orazio Plop, capitán de la marina jubilado, viene con su submarino a lo largo del Petruss hasta Helfenterbruck, a visitar a su viejo amigo Lino. Lino es un comerciante muy respetado por los hermanos Alfieri, Bindo, Carlo, Ettore y Ernesto.
Con su vehículo anfibio (DUCK), el capitán Plop se vuelve invisible tanto ante los humanos y los animales. Camuflado de esta forma, puede viajar en agua y en tierra sin ser visto.
Su sobrino Bruno, que es loco por la técnica y las cosas bellas, lo acompaña esta vez. Desgraciadamente al salir, a raíz de las curvas que cogió en la última feria de los enanos, se quedó atascado.

Twice a year, retired Captain at sea, Orazio Plop, comes with his submarine along the Pétrusse to Helfenterbrück to visit his old friend Lino. Lino is a well known merchant for Alfieri, Bindo, Carlo, Ettore and Ernesto from Italy.
With his amphibious vehicle (DUCK) Captain Plop remains perfectly camouflaged and invisible. He is neither seen in the water nor at land and thus travelling without being noticed.
His nephew Bruno interested in technology and the beautiful things in life accompanied him this time. Unfortunately, Bruno was left behind at the exit, as he has become a little rounder after the last dwarf fair.

Zweimal im Jahr kommt Kapitän zur See im Ruhestand, Orazio Plop, mit seinem U-Boot entlang der Petruss nach Helfenterbrück um seinen Freund Lino zu besuchen. Lino ist Kaufmann für Alfieri, Bindo, Carlo, Ernesto und Ettore aus Italien.
Mit seinem Amphibienfahrzeug (DUCK) bleibt Kapitän Plop für Mensch und Tier, zu Wasser sowie zu Land unsichtbar, perfekt getarnt, reist er so ohne bemerkt zu werden.
Sein Neffe Bruno mit Interesse an Technik und den schönen Dingen, der ihn diesmal begleitet hat, ist beim Ausstieg, weil er nach der letzten Zwergenkirmes etwas runder geworden ist, leider hängen geblieben.

Suo nipote Bruno, con un gusto per la tecnica e le belle cose, l’a ha accompagnato questa volta. Purtroppo all'uscita, dopo l’ingrassamento dovente all'ultima fiera di beneficenza dei nani, è restato incastrato.
