This Cache is located in a very nice and beautiful place near the origin of the Yarkon river. The White Wing Dam is one of several Dams built along the Yarkon in order to allow vehicles to cross, as well as to make the water flow faster and absorb more oxygen.
To get there you need to enter Neve Yarak, pass the first roundabout, and then turn right onto the dirt road. Continue with this road until you reach ground zero. The place itself is near road 40 but it can't be access from the road itself. The road might be a little bumpy so drive slowly.
The Yarkon River (Hebrew: נחל הירקון, Nahal HaYarkon), also Yarqon River, is a river in central Israel. The source of the Yarkon ("Greenish" in Hebrew) is at Tel Afek (Antipatris), north of Petah Tikva. It flows west through Gush Dan and Tel Aviv's Yarkon Parkinto the Mediterranean Sea.
At this point of the Yarkon, the water is still clean and you can swim in it without any concern. Enjoy the small waterfall that is created by the damn.
