The Eastern Cape is home to many excellent schools and Queenstown has its share in Balmoral Primary, Hangklip and Queens College. In order to find this cache you will need to take time to devaite from the N2 which bisects the town (and the Hexagon) and see for yourselves the wonderful facilities enjoyed by these schools.
The cache is placed so that you will be able to find it at all hours, but be aware that there are times of the day when it could be very busy as students come and go. Nearby is an intersting canon which saw service during the Anglo Boer War. If you go around the corner and ask at the main office, the school will be very happy to show you its museum.
