The 4th SideTracked in Carlisle cache I've set, and this one is probably the closest and easiest to get to from the station entrance. Its a busy area so stealth is needed, but pretending to be a tourist/historian should help.... and if you read the logs you will realise that you don't need to worry about the nearest shopkeeper watching you!
UPDATE: October 2014
Put new container in place after old one seems to have gone missing. New one is a small micro, but not quite a nano. Please use the straw tube to hold the logsheet so no one will need tweezers to get it out, and replace where found....
