The cache is located near/on/in a private lake just outside the village of Howey. It is placed with the owner's permission, and they are looking forward to watching your antics!! How you retrieve the cache is up to you, but the logbook must be signed in order to claim a smiley. Please replace the cache as found ready for the next person.
