The Hills Have Horizons Traditional Cache

This cache contains a log only so byop. This should be a quick park n grab and is winter friendly. If you are short you may have a little trouble reaching the cache but if you stretch you should be able to reach it. A special tool shouldn't be required. I usually never drive on Horizon Hills Road so I figured I would come over here today and place a quick cache for people to find.
