The area lends itself to a few nicely placed caches for the "town" cachers.
As this is a suburb with several houses close by, some double story ones, so a good deal of stealth will be required. When placing this cache a reflective safety jacket and a clipboard worked beautifully. The usual talking on the cellphone trick might also work nicely.
