Film: You Only Live Twice (the first life)
Year: 1967
Synopsis: After frolicking with Ming on a Murphy bed in Hong Kong, James Bond (Sean Connery) is seemingly killed after Ming closes him up in the bed and gunmen race into the room to pepper the bed with machine gun fire! Bond is given a military burial at sea with a 21-gun salute. As his body slowly drifts to the sea floor, two scuba divers snatch it.
They take the body to a submarine where it is revealed that our hero, James Bond, is not dead at all! He has faked his own death in order to go deep undercover . . .
