Geocache Description:

A series of geocaches located in and around Studley to celebrate my Wife's 30th Birthday, these can be done individually or as series.

This ideally is the first cache in this series as it makes the route a little easier to follow with Under the Old Oak Tree next, but this can it can be done the other way too heading towards 30 into 40 although the clues given are if you follow the route as suggested. At no point do you need to go up onto the old railway embankment. Either way the route is approx two miles long and can be done in a couple of hours maximum. Parking is available at one of the many nearby residential streets. Please be careful here with kids and dogs as there is no pavements here but the road is fairly quiet and there are grass verges. This is my first ever cache that I have placed and is for my Wife to celebrate her 30th birthday. This is a little used footpath and can be a little overgrown in places. This was placed in the height of summer when it was nice and dry but I imagine that it could be muddy during wetter periods. You are looking for a small camouflaged container at the start of the path, you may need to bring a pencil as the container only holds a small one. Congratulations to Abbeyfields and Calabrian Dreamer who were joint FTF, finding it within 30 minutes of it going live on the site.... pretty impressive!
