On the drive through the Pilbara as you head into Newman, you will find this large beast. This Caterpillar 793B Haultruck was given to Newman by BHP Billiton as an iconic entrance to this mining town. Over 12.5 metres long, and over 13.5 metres high with its tipper raised, this huge Haulpack could reach a top speed of 54km/h. But don't read it all here.
