I'm dedicating this cache to my friend George Prager, who recently died. George was a WWII veteran, a volunteer firefighter, an amateur radio operator and a jack of all trades "can-do" guy. George rode with me on some of my cache runs and I'm sure he would have enjoyed the spirit of this puzzle.
