O miejscu:
Kocewka - dawniej Stanisławki, niem. Viktoriathal, dawna posiadłość ziemska, nieistniejąca już wieś na Pałukach, w powiecie nakielskim, w gminie Kcynia. Na terenie Kocewki zachowało się kilka domostw i ich ruin. Jedno domostwo - własność Lasów Państwowych zamieszkane. Według Słownika Geograficznego Królestwa Polskiego i innych Krajów Słowiańskich z 1880r. Kocewka skłądała się z 4 domostw, liczyła 36 mieszkańców (10 katolików, 23 protestantów i 3 Żydów). Posiadłość składała się z 272 ha, w tym 148 ha roli, 27 ha łąk i 74 ha lasu.
Obecnie administracyjnie należy do sołectwa Sipiory.
