There is a reason this thing is here, and it has to do with what was here before there was a biking/hiking path here. So here you go: You can park in one of the designated parking areas for the North County Trailway or in Koegel Park. (The trail system in the park connects with the NCT not far from here.) Either way, you can get here from there. Definitely bring tweezers. You'll need them here. And make sure to bring something to write with. You'll need that here, too. If you've been anywhere near here before, you know to expect muggles here. You don't want them to see you here, or to hear you here. Otherwise, the situation here can get hairy.
