Finding this cache without getting Muggled is the challange. Timing will be essential in two ways. First is time of day, 5pm will be tough to go unnoticed, while 5am it will be easy. Timing of the near by stop light is the second. While Muggles motoring by probably won't notice you, those stopped for a red light might.
