This chunk of land NW of Wilcox Park is not as well known as the SE section at the other end of its diagonally connecting corridor of trees, but it may be less muggly. There are relaxing places to lean back and snooze in the sun. Hope you enjoy your time here!
The cache is a micro. Please open and close it carefully to preserve the camo. Return it where you found it so that others can enjoy the same challenge that you had. Don't forget a CITO bag, as there is occasionally trash to pick up.
With all caches, and especially this one, bring a pen and something to help extract the log. Do no damage, obey park rules, be respectful of others, and remember that you alone are responsible for your behaviors while caching.
Parking: Do not park on the Cedar Valley Community School Grounds. There is no nearby parking to the west or north of this cache. The closest parking is at the dead end of 193rd St. SW. (See waypoint for parking coordinates there.) You may also park in either Wilcox Park lot for a little longer walk.
I have spoken with the man who lives at the house nearby the cache. He is quite friendly. He is fine with the cache though he doesn't know exactly where it is and cannot help you find it. Thank you.
