While driving around the area seeking cache hiding spots, I saw this office park. It is in a severe state of disrepair. Many of the tiles on the facade have fallen onto the ground. Also, there is grass and debris in the back parking lot. Nevertheless, the building is in use, because I saw cars entering and leaving.
The cache is located on the side of the front driveway away from the building. It contains a log, pencil, sharpener, small trade items and a prize for FTF. No credit without your signature. Park in the lot. I shouldn't come here at night waving flashlights.
