The posted coordinates used to be the entrance for Sylmar Independant Baseball League.  I am not sure what their future will bring.

This is a short, three stage multi.  The final cache is at 34 18.abc, -118 24.def

Go to the posted coordinates and find a sign.

a=the number of digits in street address

b=the number of letters in street name

c= fourth digit-third digit in year established

Next go to stage 2 and find US Govt. Property.

d=the sum of the first two digits after CFR

e=the sum of the two digits before CFR

f=the second digit after SEC

Please replace the cache so that it is hidden like you found it!
