Named for another one of Michael Jackson's songs -Smooth Criminal, we placed this one near the Long Beach City Jail. The Long Beach Jail is one of California's largest city jails. Smooth Criminal is from the album Bad and is a song about a woman named Annie who is attacked in her apartment by a "smooth" criminal.
Fun Fact: In Smooth Criminal MJ uses the some of the same dance moves that the Tin Man uses in the Wizard of Oz.
