Go right and there is a footpath, albeit somewhat overgrown in places, by the road.
U is for Uggy.....we first met Val when she 'muggled' us near Thirsk. The saga of English Pete's walking pole ends here. We loved the 'Cheeseboard' series and as well as enjoying the caches and the walk, learned a lot about cheese! Oh, and if ever you are at the same 'Meet' as Val, be sure to get a slice of her ginger cake!
