Geocache Description:

Heading north on Route 27, take a right at the road that has a sign that says "Liberty Camps", under it in small letters it says King and Bartlett, and under that Kibby Camps.  Go across the bridge, then go left.  After a bit more than 3 miles (there's a 3 mile sign), turn left again and just keep going.  Decent dirt road, some pretty views.

This is placed near what used to be a couple of primitve campsites on the Dead River.  Last year there was a sign saying no camping, but this year the sign is gone so I suspect there will be some camping here, when no one is looking.  And that meant I didn't dare to place the cache where people might camp. But I suggest you take the short walk to the river if the area isn't occupied.  This is a Lock and Lock box, the cache isn't winter friendly but the beginning contents are winter themed.  There are caches on the way to this one, and a nice run of nine caches by Pilgrim&GirlScout, the "Hunter" series, are on side roads near here.
