This wherigo and geocache are played in their entirety inside the John Ball Zoo. There is an admission fee to enter the zoo. You can check the hours and rates for the zoo at www.johnballzoosociety.org
Since you are going to the zoo you might as well bring the family and enjoy the day. The kids can have fun exploring and checking out the animals and you get to have a little fun of your own along the way. I have built lots of "save game" functions into the cartridge to allow you to spend your time enjoying the zoo with your family and not just chasing the silly arrow. The wherigo cartridge game play is wheelchair accessible, however you would need some assistance to retrieve the geocache container.
This cache has been placed with the permission and assistance of the John Ball Zoo.
The fine folks at the zoo have put four passes in the cache as a FTF prize and occasionally will stash stuff like passes to the zip line or ropes course as "surprise prizes".
This cache is a wherigo. All you need to play it is a smart phone or a wherigo compatible GPSr. The Garmin Colorado and Oregon series are compatible. For the smart phones you can download one of the players here:
