Event time: AFTER Awards Ceremony Dinner. / Estimated time 8 pm til 10 pm What a way to end your day! After a long day of Geocaching and all the activities of the main event (GC56ABN "Burnt Corn Creek Cache Flow"). Come join us in the Campground for a restful Campfire Event.
Nothing fancy, just a gathering of tired geocachers enjoying a little relaxation and socialization, while roasting some goodies and telling geocaching stories after a long fun filled day.
Open to all Geo-Campers and Non-campers who wants to attend. I will have a small above ground fire-pit ready for Hot Dog Wieners and Marshmallows. Will also have some Kahlua Shooters for those over 21. Let's just relax and enjoy the evening.
Bring your own chairs and something to drink.
For those interested in camping in the park. There is no fee for camping in the city park. This will truly be a primitive Campout, No water or power. However there is a working comfort station, and cold water shower. This is an informal camp ground, reservations can be made by calling 251-363-0991 and leaving a message with how many will be in your party and if you have any questions please let us know by phone.
