This is a perfect late-night spot for budding astronomers. Of course it's available in the daylight too, although it is in a busy muggle-zone. Once you reach the coordinates you can probably find it just by using starlight - it's that easy.
This has been placed in the summer, so I cannot be sure of winter accessibility - that depends on what the snowplows do.
