Another cache that is part of my Back Road Brierly Brook Road series.
The name of this cache was inspired by the TV character, Herb Tarlek of "WKRP". One of my favourite shows when I was a kid. This should be a park and grab. Don't worry, Mr. Tarlek won't show up in one of his outrageous outfits trying to sell you a radio spot.
