Geocache Description:

This cache is one of the few Seneca Lake caches. It requires a boat of any type to access this cache.

This cache is placed on Seneca lake, the home of many types of geese and ducks. In the winter, you can sometimes see islands of ducks and geese in the lake and on the beach. We do not have any permission to go on any private property but feel free to wave to the locals. Canoes and kayaks can launch at Arrowhead Beach in Dresden and motorized boats can launch at Severne Point near Himrod. These will be tagged into the parking location. Anyone travelling by paddle power, watch out.  The lake can turn rough fairly quickly. You will not need to submerge under water to get the cache.

There is a small prize for the first few teams to grab.

Congratulations to First Mate and Captain John for battling the waves for the FTF.
