I had to archive the original "Boy Scout - Eagle" due to side trail overgrowth and deteriorating conditions for several of the cache locations. This cache is much more straightforward along well defined trails with a slight twist 
The above coordinates are NOT the cache location. You must complete GC585EE "Boy Scout - Eagle Service Project" first. The coordinates are in the final. The difficulty and terrain rating reflect what you have to go through to get the numbers. From there it is more like a 2/2 rating.
The cache is located in the Hinesburg Town Forest Trails at the end of Hayden Hill Rd West. Round trip is about 3 miles along well defined trails. Parking and trail head can be found at 44°19.768 73°02.685 .
