This road named the "UN" road is the way to get to the South Fork Camp Ground.
The South Fork Group Camp Ground is a facility which the HiLanders 4x4 club have assisted the Forestry Dept. in developing over past 5-6 years. In addition the Club has held and staged an annual Father's Day 4 wheeling gathering from the camp grounds that include a 3 day event and a one day ride to show off the trails of the nearby Rubicon & Wentworth Spring trails. Despite the obvious cutting of the forest it is still easy to find some beautiful and interesting terrain, you just have to slow down and smell the roses ( or the pine ).
