Eyedoc recently completed his 2,000th find, then immediately found his 2001st appropriately the "Long Island's Caching Like it is 2001 Challenge" cache!
We wanted to put out a 2K milestone tribute, but then felt we could add a twist unique to Eyedoc and make a 20/20 tribute to celebrate his 2020th find and to appreciate the VISION he has helped cultivate in Long Island Geocaching. Most people go to him to get close to 20/20 so let's celebrate his 2020!
What better way to test your vision then to hide a micro in the woods! Pretty sure that this cache will see you well before you see it! Use the parking coordinates and trailhead, and then you'll be trying to get a set of eyes on this one.
Be alert as you enter the trail head as there are bike trails that can have active riders. Do not attempt this from the Sagtikos Parkway, use the parking coordinates.
