Chopwell Wood contains 360-hectares of mixed woodland right on the edge of Gateshead. There are miles of paths throughout the woodland which makes it a fantastic venue for walking and cycling. The woodland has a really diverse history, with some of it going back to nearly 6000 years ago. This geocaching trail includes 17 caches plus a bonus cache which can all be found by following the official 'River Walk' through the wood. You're looking for another regular cache again. There cache can end up hidden due to fallen leaves.
There will be a trackable already in the box waiting for the FTF to move it along quite nicely.
