This green cache box is at the end of this 3 stage multi-cache. The original contents of this cache was created at the Microsoft Staffing and Leadership GeoTeaming event held on May 8th, 2002. This was the 1st GeoTeaming event at Microsoft! The walk shouldn't be far for this multi-cache.
When you reach the first stage, find a blue sign with the following answers:

How many acres did the estate grow to? BBB
When was the Clise Mansion designated as a King County Landmark? CCCC
How many building did the estate grow to? DD
