The Skunk Ape is a North American Cryptid that gets its name from the foul smell that precedes any sightings.
Reports put them from 4ft to 7ft tall and resembles the Bigfoot of the Northwest. Researchers think the smell is both a warning mechanism and a way to attract mates. All contacts have mentioned it seems to avoid any interaction with humans , but as human populations spread into marshland there have been increased sightings.
